CallVault has two roles — user and admin. Admin reach is granted by database row-level security and enforced live, with privileged actions handled server-side.

The /admin dashboard shows platform totals, recent activity, and the user list. It is available on the web and inside the phone app for administrators.

From a user's detail screen an admin can change their role, disable or re-enable the account, or delete the user and all their data.
