Plans and Family

Plans change private cloud backup and nothing else. Recording, import, playback, search, notes, favorites and export are free on every plan.

How much cloud storage do I get?

Free includes 2 GB, Pro 20 GB and Family 30 GB for each member; an administrator can raise a limit.

PlanPriceCloud backupPer recordingUploads an hour
Free02 GB100 MB60
Pro4.99 USD a month or 39 USD a year20 GB100 MB300
Family9.99 USD a month or 79 USD a year30 GB for each member100 MB600

Every number there sits on a row an administrator maintains. They are the values CallVault launches with, not constants compiled into the app, so an administrator can raise a limit for a single account without shipping a new build.

How a paid plan reaches your account

  1. Pay on the website at aoneahsan.com/payment.
  2. An administrator applies the plan to your account with an end date.
  3. Check Profile for that end date.

Nothing is sold inside the Android app. A renewal extends that end date and never shortens it. When a plan ends, new backups pause at the lower limit and nothing already stored is deleted; pay again and an administrator re-applies the plan.

How does the Family plan work?

One person owns the household and invites the others by email. A household holds up to 5 members, and Family is bought with at least 3 seats; every member then gets the Family limits, including 30 GB of cloud backup each. Each one signs in with their own Google account. It's the only sign-in method.

Leaving a household

Leave or be removed, and the membership goes at once. You return to your own plan or to Free immediately: nothing stored is deleted, and new backups pause at the lower limit. The household keeps its plan until its end date, even below 3 members.

The owner can't leave. The owner can delete the household instead, which removes every membership and leaves every recording where it is.

Your plan and its end date are in Profile. What each limit means day to day is in private cloud backup.
