Search & favorites

CallVault groups recordings by day and gives you a few ways to find and organise them, on both the phone and the web app.

Search by number, contact name, or note. On the phone there's a dedicated Search tab; in the web app the search box lives at the top of the list. Your recent searches are remembered.

Filters​

Narrow the list — for example to a direction or to favorites — from the filter control. In the web app the active filter and search term are kept in the URL (?filter= and ?q=), so a refresh or a shared link restores exactly what you were looking at.

Favorites and notes​

  • Favorite a call to keep it easy to find.
  • Add a note to a recording from its detail screen — useful for what the call was about or a follow-up.

Both the favorite flag and the note sync across your devices when you're signed in, using last-write-wins: the most recent change on any device is the one that sticks.
